SYSTEM

The construction system is based on the use of CLT ‘counter-laminated wood’ panels as a load-bearing system for ‘massive’ wooden load-bearing walls. The monolithism and stability of the system give the whole a great continuity and homogeneity which reverts in a very significant way in its benefits and durability.

The rest of the system incorporates only eco-compatible materials and components, working with ‘dry’ construction technology, with the aim of reducing thicknesses and improving performance compared to traditional construction and framework systems, reducing consumption and increasing the rating in relation to the different energy certification standards.

All this, without renouncing a high level of architectural quality.
